Dr. Pharah Pabon serves as the Director of Analytics & Strategy at Hyde Leadership Charter School-Brooklyn. In this role, she supports the school’s mission by using data and strategy to improve systems and processes that benefit students, staff, and families. Working behind the scenes, Dr. Pabon helps ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.
She brings a rich background in both public service and the private sector, with experience at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Steve Madden, and Toys “R” Us. This diverse professional experience allows her to bring fresh ideas and informed strategies to the educational setting.
Dr. Pabon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Natural Science, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, watching Korean dramas, and most of all spending time with her family. Dr. Pabon is proud to be part of the Hyde-Brooklyn community and is committed to helping every student and family succeed.
